**Job Title: DTP Operator Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and format documents such as brochures, newsletters, books, flyers, worksheets, question papers, manuals, and reports.
- Use DTP software (such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office) to produce professional-quality layouts.
- Ensure all text, graphics, and layouts meet company or client specifications and standards.
- Work closely with the design team, content writers, and printers to ensure print-ready files.
- Edit and correct grammar, spelling, and formatting errors during typesetting.
- Convert handwritten or scanned content into editable formats when required.
- Maintain a consistent style and format across documents and publications.
- Ensure final materials are accurate and ready for print or digital publication.

**Salary is based on previous experience.**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a DTP operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in DTP software such as:

- Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Excellent speed typing skills with accuracy.
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and specifications is a plus.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, DTP, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
