- Design and layout various print materials, including brochures, flyers, and publications, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Oversee the preparation of files for printing, including color correction, proofing, and final adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to DTP processes and workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in desktop publishing or graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience in preparing files for both digital and print production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
