Leading IT Distribution Company looking for sales co-ordinator driving sales of our Leading IT Brand Laptops & Computers.
**Responsibilities**:
Generate and qualify sales leads through research, telecalling.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and other sales-related documents with accuracy.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, sales progress, and customer interactions.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new Aguaclan water purifier models.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline) preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
