We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented finance professional to handle end to end finance operations and provide assistance to our portfolio entities as and when needed.
- Discover, evaluate, and onboard agencies that provide creators while managing payments and query resolution
- As a part of managing daily communication - be the primary touchpoint for our users and creators
- Improve Creator Engagement and Retention on the platform by implementing training and moderation strategies
- Work with the Product and Moderation teams to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention and monetization
- Identify, train and mentor micro-influencers within the ecosystem to enhance the quality of creators and drive monetization
- Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices. Utilize this information to enhance engagement and grow the platform

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in operations, campaign, or community management
- Strong understanding of culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships
- Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Spoken English & Hindi/ Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam/ Kannada is mandatory.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
