Job Title: Sales Associate

**Job Description**:
As a Sales Associate, you will be an essential part of our sales team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services to meet those needs. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers and generate sales opportunities while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers and POS systems.
- Enthusiasm for learning about products and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
- Flexibility to work in a US shift and on Saturdays (Half Day), and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: ₹210,974.35 - ₹715,845.67 per year

Schedule:
