We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Representative to join our team. This role is integral to driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. The position combines sales activities with CRM responsibilities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the organization’s success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Activities**:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
- Implement and manage CRM systems to organize and track customer interactions, sales leads, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM database.
- Monitor customer accounts and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
**Communication**:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
**Customer Support**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
**Training and Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Offer ongoing training to customers for effective product use
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Zoho) and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in handling customer data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Zoho CRM and other CRM platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
