**Responsibilities**:This position will be responsible for creation of regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Support team with day-to-day operations.
- Evaluate team and individual performances.
- Report on regional sales results.
- Ensure execution of marketing initiatives/ strategies.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
- Identify hiring needs, select, and train team.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
