Kritunga Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Steward** to join our team. As a steward, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Accommodate customer preferences and address any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**:

- Present menu options effectively, suggesting special dishes or beverages to enhance the guest experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell based on guest preferences.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues for seamless operations.
- **Service Standards**:

- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to Kritunga's service protocols.
- Ensure all table settings are clean and well-arranged before and during service.
- **Professional Grooming and Presentation**:

- Maintain a neat, well-groomed, and presentable appearance at all times.
- Follow Kritunga’s dress code and hygiene standards.
- **Interactive Engagement**:

- Build rapport with customers through friendly and polite interaction.
- Handle feedback with a positive attitude and take steps to improve guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
- A professional and friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
