**Job Title**:Non-IT: MDM Data Steward**

**About the Role**

The **MDM Data Steward** will serve as the **lead data steward for a specific domain** (Product, Customer, Finance, or Vendor) within a region or market. This role is responsible for **driving the adoption of data and process standards**, ensuring **data accuracy and governance**, and working closely with global and regional data teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** for a specific domain at the regional level.
- Collaborate with **Global Data Councils** and **Regional MDM Leadership** to implement governance objectives and data quality KPIs.
- **Guide data operations teams**, providing support for master data management issues.
- Represent the domain in **regional stewardship forums** and provide ongoing feedback.
- Work with **business stakeholders** to manage master data across processes.
- Drive **accuracy and compliance** in regional data in coordination with Data Quality teams.
- Handle **escalations and expedite requests** to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support key business processes such as **New Product Introduction**, **customer hierarchy management**, and **data reassignment**.

**Must-Have Skills**

7+ years of experience in **Data Management / Master Data Management (MDM)** Strong understanding of **specific data domains** (Product, Customer, Vendor, Finance) Proven ability to **manage data operations teams** and implement data workflows Expertise in **data governance, quality control**, and process design Experience collaborating with **regional and business stakeholders** Strong **leadership and communication** skills Excellent **analytical and problem-solving** abilities Exposure to the **FMCG domain (Mars/Wrigley preferred)**

**Good to Have**
- Experience working in a **matrix organization**:

- Familiarity with **data quality KPI setup** and measurement frameworks
- Exposure to **global data management platforms and tools**

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹1,500,000.00 per year
