**Key Tasks**:
**Identify Relevant Facebook Groups**:Research and identify free and open Facebook groups that align with our NGO's mission and values. These groups should have a substantial and engaged membership. Provide a brief overview of each group and explain why it is suitable for volunteer recruitment.

**Craft Engaging Recruitment Messages**:Develop persuasive and engaging messages tailored to each identified group. Emphasize the value of volunteering with our NGO and highlight the positive impact volunteers can make. Ensure your messages adhere to the group's guidelines and ethos.

**Utilize Your Social Network**:Outline a plan for leveraging your personal and professional social network to amplify the recruitment effort. This could include reaching out to friends, family, colleagues, and acquaintances to share the volunteer opportunity within their networks.

**Engagement and Relationship Building**:Propose strategies for actively participating in the identified Facebook groups. This could involve responding to comments, initiating conversations, and building relationships with group members. Cultivate a positive and supportive online presence.

**Creative Content for Posts**:Develop visually appealing and shareable content to accompany your recruitment posts. This could include graphics, images, or short videos that capture attention and effectively communicate the essence of our NGO's mission.

**Monitoring and Reporting**:Detail a plan for monitoring the performance of your recruitment efforts. Utilize Facebook group analytics, if available, and provide regular updates on engagement, click-through rates, and the number of volunteers recruited.

**Challenges and Solutions**:Anticipate potential challenges in recruiting volunteers through Facebook groups and propose effective solutions. This could include addressing concerns, handling objections, or adjusting strategies based on real-time feedback.

**Salary**: ₹10,100.00 - ₹29,800.00 per month
