We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about women's fashion, highly skilled in digital storytelling, and able to build a strong online presence for Sucoon across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage Sucoon's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (images, videos, reels, stories, campaigns) aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Monitor social media trends, fashion industry updates, and competitor activity to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Manage and grow Sucoon's presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align social media campaigns with product launches and promotions.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and building community relationships.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for growth and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of women's fashion trends and social media culture.
  • Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Strong content creation skills (photography, videography, editing, copywriting).
  • Knowledge of paid ads, influencer marketing, and collaborations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
