About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in our Howrah office You will play a key role in driving our online presence and brand awareness through various digital channels, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and market research. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing data to track progress and optimize performance.
Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Optimize website content and structure for search engines. Manage backlink acquisition strategies. Monitor website traffic and ranking performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices. Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media content calendars for various platforms. Create engaging and shareable content across platforms. Run targeted social media advertising campaigns. Foster community engagement and respond to comments and messages. Analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns for better results. Content Marketing: Create and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Write engaging blog posts, articles, and other content for various formats. Manage content workflows and publishing schedules. Measure content performance and make adjustments as needed. Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity. Analyze customer data and identify their needs and preferences. Use market research insights to inform digital marketing strategies. Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics across all channels. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance. Stay informed about data privacy regulations and best practices. Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, social media, and content marketing. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Experience with keyword research tools and analytics platforms. Familiarity with social media management platforms and advertising tools. Excellent writing and content creation skills. Ability to conduct market research and analyze data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Benefits:
