**Your main responsibilities in this role will be**:

- Participate in developing your team´s agile ways of working
- Actively contribute to understanding, breaking down, plan for and following up the team's delivery
- Actively in your agile team and in the forum for your expertise contribute with your knowledge to suggest improvements within the Solution Architect IT-principles
- Analyze IT needs, define and document solutions within PLM
- Lead meetings and workshops for Operations Solutions department to understand, develop and improve knowledge in infrastructure and related solutions.
- Following the team promise and the departments ways of working
- Partaking in the teams SCRUM Ceremonies and actively contribute to an accurate planning, performance and evaluation for the sprints
- Design, specify and document enhancements within the PLM solution.
- Take part in projects/activities within both maintenance and development.
- Participates in meetings with business and IT functions
- Write articles in knowledge base to share knowledge

**Experience requirements**
- Expertise in PLM platforms (Teamcenter is preferred), system integration, data migration, and customization.
- They should understand product lifecycle processes, engineering change management, and industry standards.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, C#) and knowledge of CAD, ERP, and enterprise systems are crucial.
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication, solution design, and aligning PLM systems with business goals is essential.
- Experience with process optimization and ensuring system scalability and compliance is also key.
