Key Responsibilities:
Oversee store operations and ensure proper inventory management.

Monitor material inward & outward processes, ensuring accurate documentation.

Implement and follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) & LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) inventory methods.

Maintain stock records and ensure timely stock replenishment.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of materials.

Coordinate with the procurement and production teams for material requirements.

Generate and analyze reports using Excel & SAP for stock management.

Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain minimum stock levels.

Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse management standards.

Educational Requirements:
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Store Sales Executive: 0-2 years of sales experience (freshers are welcome).

Senior Store Sales Executive: 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Assistant Store Manager: 4-6 years of retail sales experience with some team management exposure.

Store Manager: 6+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Additional Skills:
Leadership and team management (for managerial roles).

Analytical and decision-making abilities (for managerial roles).

Fluency in local languages is a plus.

Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts.
