Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional appearance of the store

  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.

  • Assist customers with frame selection, lens options, and fitting as needed.

  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff including sales executives and optometrists.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience in optical retail, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Good knowledge of optical products, lenses, and frames.
