Key Responsibilities
Sales & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order products, and manage inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Market & Trend Analysis: Study market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to forecast demand and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Product Promotion: Create and execute merchandising plans, coordinate promotions, and develop advertising campaigns to highlight products.
Visual Merchandising: Set up and arrange product displays in stores to attract customers, optimize product visibility, and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Supplier & Retailer Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers to ensure merchandising plans are implemented correctly.
Pricing Strategy: Determine and approve pricing strategies by analyzing competitor prices and market trends.
Product Development: Participate in product development meetings to provide input and ensure products align with market demand.
