Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Fully responsible for pro-actively directly sourcing and delivering top talent in the market to your hiring managers
- Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes
- Create innovative and robust recruitment strategies
- Meet established metrics for sourcing
- Lead Talent Acquisition related projects

Experience required:

- Significant experience in corporate and/or search firm direct recruiting experience, including proactive sourcing
- Must have experience building effective relationships
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proven experience handling and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others
- Ideally possess previous in house recruitment experience, preferably gained within a travel services team
- Understanding of the complexities of recruiting
- Understands the importance of data integrity, timely and accurate reporting and uses this information to run efficient processes
- Demonstrates innovation in approach to problem solving and delivering service
- Collaborative team player driving inclusion and seeks continuous improvement from self
- Strong networker with excellent market knowledge
- Adapts well to an ever-changing landscape, demonstrates resilience, flexibility and energy
- Commercially minded with a focus on the business aims
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university desirable
