Our human-assisted AI platform helps anyone build, run & scale tailor-made software. Everyone from the bakery in Riyadh and nursery in London, to large fortune 100 companies like the BBC or Pepsi.

- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Encourage and manage referrals from current employees and external networks
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Should have worked on multiple functions flexibly.
- Proactively take up priority roles and work on transitions with ease.
- Effective time-management skills,verbal and written communication skills
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role
- Form deeper understanding of the roles for a quality driven approach and output.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms like LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems
