They also collaborate with team members and follow safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
Accurately pick items from inventory according to order specifications.

Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Label packages with correct shipping information.

Verify items against order sheets for accuracy.

Warehouse Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.

Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow.

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Quality Control:
Inspect products for defects or damage before shipment.

Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

Safety and Compliance:
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:
Attention to detail: Essential for accurate order fulfillment and minimizing errors.

Physical stamina: The role often requires standing, lifting, and moving items for extended periods.

Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Teamwork: Packers often work in teams, requiring effective communication and collaboration.
