**Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Collect and analyze customer data to uncover insights and trends that can improve targeting, engagement, and retention.
- Prepare and present regular CRM performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as customer acquisition, retention rates, and satisfaction levels.
- Track CRM KPIs and suggest actionable improvements based on data analysis.
**Collaboration & Coordination**
- Partner with the sales team to align CRM initiatives with lead management and revenue goals.
- Work closely with project managers and technicians to ensure smooth coordination of services and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and use CRM tools, processes, and best practices to maintain a high standard of customer interaction.
**CRM System Management & Maintenance**
- Maintain the CRM database with accurate and updated customer records.
- Troubleshoot CRM system issues and collaborate with IT support for upgrades or enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and uphold customer confidentiality.
**Customer Journey & Experience Management**
- Monitor and manage the complete customer lifecycle, from lead generation to post-renovation follow-up and relationship maintenance.
- Design and enhance customer journeys to provide seamless and personalized experiences, including resolving queries and offering tailored solutions.
- Ensure customer feedback is systematically captured, analyzed, and acted upon to improve services and offerings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
