**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. You will serve as the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential customers through field visits, networking, and cold-calling.
- Present and promote products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings and strategies.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
