**Position Summary**:
We’re looking for energetic and confident **Tele Sales Executives** who are excellent at communication, good at building relationships over calls, and excited to grow their career in the real estate sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective home buyers and explain project offerings
- Understand client requirements and suggest relevant property options
- Build long-term trust-based relationships over follow-up calls and WhatsApp
- Fix appointments or site visits for qualified leads
- Coordinate with internal sales teams and project heads
- Maintain CRM records, call logs, and lead follow-ups
- Occasionally accompany clients for site visits (if required)
