**Introduction**:
The hiring team “Project Eagle Data Curation Team” is responsible for building/ generating model ready datasets (MRDs) used for model development. The team is focusing on a commitment within Project Eagle to enhance/ maintain R/ Python packages currently being used to generate various MRDs and rewriting some of the R packages using Python + SQL.

We are looking for talented QA analyst for below accountabilities.

**What will you be doing?**

The main duties are:

- Work with business users and business analysts to drill into requirements.
- Work within scrum / business teams to come up with the functional test plans and execution strategy.
- Deploy and test with scrum team members / business in a sprint / iterative manner.
- Post implementation support.
- Continuous improvement and contribute to incorporate automation for software testing.
- End to end testing delivery through Agile team.
- Manage & support QA process and schedule.
- Ensuring adaption of Agile & DevOps methodologies

**What we’re looking for**:

- One of the advanced degree in engineering/ computer science or equivalent experience.
- Engineering mind thinking, attention to details, creativity.
- Self-motivated, continuously learning and taking ownership.

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience in running a project through STLC with a team, Identify project risks and work towards mitigating them.
- Experience in finance/Risk domain.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Review product backlog and understand the roadmap to determine QA priority and provide feedback.
- Hands on experience in writing SQL queries to perform functional/regression tests on AUT.
- Good knowledge of any Defect management tool (JIRA/Bugzilla etc)
- Experience in creating Test Plan/ Test Strategy/ Schedule, share daily test status report to leads.
- Should be able to mentoring other team members.
- Take ownership of UAT and communicate status clearly to the stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact with business users and manage UAT phases.
- Attending all the Agile ceremonies (e.g. Sprint planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective etc).
- Good to have - Scripting knowledge, Experience and knowledge in use of automated testing tools (knowledge on Data comparison through API, Selenium).
- Possess Organizational skill to set track and meet deadlines to deliver high quality deliverables
- Ability to prioritize and be responsible for the execution of project tasks in a high
- pressure environment.
- Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving issues
- Excellent communication, problem solving/analytical skills

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Capital Market domain, Basel Guidelines; Counterparty Credit Risk Calculations.
- ISEB/ISTQB Foundation certificate in Software Testing.
