Vendor management - Managing vendors for office supplies and equipment such as pantry items, stationery, company letterheads, envelopes, housekeeping supplies, etc.

Travel desk management - All types of travel and hotel bookings international and domestic
flights, trains, buses, and cabs.

Liaising with external parties - Liaise and visit Government offices and banks for the necessary work.

Hospitality management - Ensure proper hospitality services are provided to guests/visitors in a timely manner.

Auditing for bills and documents - Verify all the bills sent by employees after the completion of travel, meetings, workshops, events, etc., and submit these to Accounts for further
processing. Ensure timely bills/payments on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Assisting the Manager HR in employee engagement activities and recruitment process.

Basic tasks like printing, filling, scanning, courier, record keeping, and data entry.

Other appropriate duties as assigned by the Manager.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and knowledge of accounting will be added advantages.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
