**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records (both physical and digital).
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
- Assist with data entry, preparation of reports, and other clerical tasks.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors.
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and running efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in administration are a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
