**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Office Administration & Coordination**
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office and ensure smooth internal operations.
- Act as a central point of contact for all administrative matters.
- Coordinate with management and staff for internal requirements and task follow-ups.
- Handle general correspondence, document filing, and record maintenance.
**2. Stationery & Office Supplies Management**
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery.
- Track usage, reorder stock as required, and ensure cost control.
- Liaise with vendors for timely procurement and delivery.
**3. Staff Supervision (Support Staff Management)**
- Manage and supervise runner boys, office boys, and housekeeping staff.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure completion in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain attendance and leave records for support staff.
- Monitor punctuality, discipline, and conduct of admin support team.
**4. Facility & Office Maintenance**
- Ensure office premises are well-maintained, clean, and functional at all times.
- Coordinate minor repairs, maintenance, and service requirements with vendors.
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for office equipment and systems.
**5. Vendor & Logistics Coordination**
- Handle vendor coordination for admin-related services (courier, stationery, maintenance, etc.).
- Ensure timely payments and maintain vendor records and bills.
- Manage courier dispatches, inward/outward registers, and document deliveries.
**6. Support to Management & Team**
- Assist management in organizing internal meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements if required.
- Handle administrative support for project and site teams as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company documents and sensitive information.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
