You’ll be the go-to person for delivering awesome customer service, while also conducting fun voxpop interviews to gather real opinions and feedback from the public. Think of yourself as the bridge between our customers and the business, making sure everyone’s happy and we get valuable insights from the people who matter most. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Chat with People**: Hit the streets, events, or online to chat with everyday folks and find out what they think about all sorts of things - especially our app Get their honest reactions to the features, what they love, and what they think could use a little upgrade. - **Create Content**: Capture high-quality video content, including vox-pop interviews, educational segments, and reaction videos. - **Engage with the Audience**: Visit crowded places to shoot engaging and relevant video content. - **Tell Stories**: Present the different opinions you gather in an interesting way, making sure all voices, including feedback on the app, are represented fairly and accurately. - **Work with the Team**: Collaborate with the team to make sure the feedback you gather aligns with the app’s goals and helps improve the user experience. - Ensure all video content is delivered on time and meets the required quality Standards. **Requirements**: - **Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills**: Able to talk clearly and connect with people from all walks of life. - **Curiosity**: Interested in hearing what others think and sharing their Ideas. - **Creativity**: Able to capture and present moments that will catch people’s attention.
