**Job Overview**:
As a **Video Content Creator**, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, including reels, stories, and videos for both in-house and client social media accounts. You will create videos in the office space and on location (indoor/outdoor), develop creative scripts and ideas, and collaborate with UGC creators to elevate the content strategy. Your work will be instrumental in driving engagement, promoting brand awareness, and boosting the agency’s social presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**:

- Create engaging and high-quality video content (Reels, Stories, and Posts) for the agency’s and clients' social media platforms.
- Film video content inside the office, as well as at outdoor locations, ensuring that the content is aligned with the brand’s identity and goals.
- Edit videos for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with attention to detail, consistency, and branding.
- **Scriptwriting & Content Ideation**:

- Develop creative ideas, storylines, and scripts for video content that resonate with the target audience.
- Research trending content and new formats to keep the brand’s social media fresh, engaging, and aligned with current trends.
- Work closely with the social media team to create content that aligns with the overall content calendar and marketing objectives.
- **Social Media Content Management**:

- Handle the video content creation for the agency’s social media accounts, ensuring it reflects the brand's voice, tone, and goals.
- Develop video strategies and ideas for clients' social media accounts, managing the entire content lifecycle from concept to delivery.
- Monitor the performance of video content, using data to inform future content creation.
- **Collaboration with UGC Creators**:

- Coordinate with User-Generated Content (UGC) creators and influencers to amplify content and maintain brand consistency.
- Guide UGC creators on content guidelines, provide creative briefs, and ensure high-quality submissions.

Pay: ₹10,457.13 - ₹20,448.94 per month
