**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator for Digital Marketing at Grx Pixel in Noida. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating digital marketing content, developing strategies, managing social media platforms, conducting market research, and collaborating with the design and marketing teams.

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for Content Creator**

**1. Content Ideation & Strategy**

Develop creative, engaging, and viral content ideas tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Plan and brainstorm content calendars based on trending topics, audience insights, and platform algorithms.

**2. Video Creation & Editing**

Shoot and produce high-quality video reels, short videos, and long-form videos.

Edit videos with a focus on pacing, storytelling, transitions, and effects to make content shareable and visually appealing.

**3. Camera Presence & Acting**

Demonstrate confidence and comfort in front of the camera for hosting, performing, or acting in content.

Participate in prank videos, skits, and candid interactions with strangers to create relatable, humorous, or emotional content.

**4. Scripting & Storyboarding**

Write clear, engaging, and entertaining scripts for reels, pranks, and other content formats.

Create shot lists and storyboards to ensure smooth content execution.

**5. Voice-Over Skills**

Record engaging voice-overs that align with video scripts.

Adapt tone and style based on the nature of the content (informative, entertaining, humorous, etc.).

**6. Social Media Engagement & Growth**

Actively manage and grow personal social media channels to showcase a thriving content portfolio.

Monitor audience feedback, comments, and engagement metrics to optimize future content strategies.

**7. Trending Content Research**

Stay updated with the latest trends, memes, challenges, and viral formats across platforms.

Incorporate trends into original content while maintaining uniqueness and authenticity.

**8. Content Experimentation**

Create spontaneous and engaging prank videos, challenges, and random public interactions to captivate viewers.

Test new content ideas to keep the audience engaged and broaden reach.

**9. Collaboration & Networking**

Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brands for cross-promotion and audience expansion.

Develop relationships with strangers and the public to encourage participation in prank or reaction videos.

**10. Performance Monitoring & Analysis**

Track content performance using platform analytics (likes, shares, views, and comments).

Make data-driven adjustments to improve content engagement and reach.

**11. Content Innovation**

Continuously push creative boundaries with experimental formats, storytelling techniques, and production styles.

Incorporate engaging hooks and strong CTAs (calls to action) to retain audience attention.

**12. Adaptability & Multitasking**

Balance multiple projects and content shoots efficiently.

Adapt to impromptu content opportunities and quick turnarounds without compromising quality.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
