Lead a team of UX and UI designers to the delivery of a class leading automotive interfaces and experiences, contributing leadership and outstanding individual work to the effort.

User research : Analyzing User and Consumer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, then presenting findings to the team and management

Conducting usability, user research and user testing to identify problems with existing products, to develop new capabilities for existing products or to evaluate new user segments to target

Modeling a continuous learning mindset and teaching new skills/capabilities by monitoring consumer trends, attending workshops, joining professional groups and mentoring others in UX methodologies.

Management Building, leading and mentoring a team of UX and UI designers, internal and external team members, and setting them on a path for success.

Recruiting new staff members to ensure that the team has the right mix of skills and experience

Collaborating with Product Portfolio teams and brand management to ensure a perfect strategic alignment and implementation

Assisting in the creation of strategic materials and demos

Oversee all design efforts, including product design, user experience design, interface design and identity.

Create and maintain visual design guidelines for the brand, including logo usage, color palette, typography, and imagery.

Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Manage and mentor the design team, setting goals, providing guidance and direction, and evaluating performance

Leading internal team and reviews for feature and UI design, art direction and other UX/UI responsibilities
