**Job** **Title**:* Bilingual Customer Support Executive (Spanish & English) - Banking Voice Process
**Location**: Noida
**Salary**: ₹70,000 CTC
**Working** **Days**: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)
**Joining**: Immediate Joiners Preferred

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound/outbound voice calls in both Spanish and English.
- Assist customers with banking-related queries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in a voice process or banking domain preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (2 weekly rotational offs).
- Immediate availability to join.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
