As a Site Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the logístical and operational aspects of our site. You will be responsible for ensuring that all activities run seamlessly, from scheduling and resource management to vendor coordination and client communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Site Operations Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations at the site, including scheduling activities, managing resources, and coordinating personnel to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- **Vendor and Supplier Coordination**: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials, equipment, and services, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise site staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in the development and management of site budgets, monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining financial records to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including project documentation, inventory logs, and incident reports, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- **Problem-Solving**: Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during site operations, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and minimize disruptions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in site coordination, project management, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Leadership qualities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in site operations.
- Adaptability and resilience in handling changing priorities and deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
