**Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Trainee**

**Job Summary**:
As a Quantity Surveyor Trainee, you will be involved in various aspects of quantity surveying, gaining hands-on experience in cost estimation, project management, and contractual matters. Under the guidance of experienced quantity surveyors, you will contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects by assisting in cost control, budgeting, and financial management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cost Estimation**: Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- **Budgeting**: Support the development and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
- **Measurement and Valuation**: Learn to measure and value the work done on construction sites, including the preparation of bills of quantities and progress reports.
- **Contract Administration**: Gain exposure to contract documents, assist in contract administration tasks, and participate in the resolution of contractual disputes.
- **Tendering Process**: Assist in the preparation of tender documents, evaluate contractor bids, and contribute to the selection process.
- **Project Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and any other relevant documentation.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, construction technologies, and changes in relevant regulations to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,096.17 - ₹52,046.14 per month
