Living Space Interiors is a leading manufacturer of high-quality interior furniture. We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for Interior work projects.

2. Contract Administration: Administer contracts, including preparing contract documents, managing variations, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

3. Cost Control and Management: Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle, including identifying and mitigating potential cost risks.

4. Measurement and Quantification: Take off quantities from drawings and specifications, and prepare bills of quantities.

5. Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering, and implement changes to optimize project costs.

6. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and procurement, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

7. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports and analytics to inform project decision-making and ensure that projects are on track to meet financial and quality targets.

Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the furniture manufacturing or construction industry.

3. Skills: Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and cost control. Proficient in measurement software, such as Autodesk Quantity Takeoff or similar. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

4. Certifications: Professional certification, such as MRICS or equivalent, is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
