**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Procurement Officer** to support day-to-day procurement activities, order coordination, and documentation management. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders, along with basic support in maintaining related materials and records.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on order confirmations and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely updates.
- Monitor shipment status and support in tracking deliveries.
- Assist with updating and organizing related files and materials.
- Support in preparing basic content or materials related to new product arrivals.
- Coordinate internal approvals and maintain clear communication between teams.
- Ensure records and documents are properly updated and accessible when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of office tools and documentation practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
