Legal Counsel I

Grade - 12

Location - Hyderabad

**What will you do?**
- Legal Counsel will involve providing general and special legal advice to business.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge in relevant Company principles, processes, tools, and best practices; current and forthcoming external requirements (can include International, Regional or Local regulations) and current/emerging market trends and practices within area of expertise.
- Provide expert advice proactively and on request, which may include advising on appropriate solutions for complex or unique issues.
- Ensure on-going compliance with defined company processes and procedures, relevant legislation and external regulations and predefined agreements.
- Build and develop effective engagement and relationships with key stakeholders to influence optimal business decisions.
- Complete tasks independently
- Share knowledge with peers and management.
- Support/ coordinate with peers within the department or deliver training to internal customers
- Initiate and lead projects, including cross functional projects.

**You will be a great fit if you have**:

- Qualification : Specific business accreditation with minimum Bachelor of Law qualification
- Experience : 3-5 years law firm or in-house legal experience. Digital experience, IT,AI.
- Relevant Technical skill : Accuracy and attention to detail, influencing & persuasion skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills
