**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Merchandising Activities**: Collaborate with the merchandising team to understand customer requirements, market trends, and product specifications. Assist in planning and developing merchandise assortments according to the brand's strategy and target market.
- **Sampling Coordination**: Coordinate the sampling process from concept to final production. Work closely with designers, patternmakers, and manufacturers to ensure timely development and delivery of samples. Track sample progress and communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
- **Production Planning**: Support production planning activities by assisting in the creation of production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- **Quality Control**: Assist in conducting quality inspections of incoming materials, prototypes, and finished products to ensure they meet established standards. Document and report any quality issues or discrepancies to the merchandising and production teams.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all merchandise-related activities, including purchase orders, production schedules, sample approvals, and shipping documents. Organize and archive documentation for future reference and auditing purposes.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Serve as a liaison between internal departments, external suppliers, and manufacturers to facilitate clear and timely communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation, and differentiation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Merchandising, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in merchandising, production coordination, or related roles within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, têxtiles, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with merchandising and production software is preferred.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: ₹14,452.37 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
