Asst./jr. Merchandisers

**Job Summary**:
As an Assistant Merchandiser at CTA Apparels, you will play a crucial role in supporting our merchandising team to ensure our product lines meet the highest standards of quality and style. You will collaborate with various departments to coordinate product development, production, and delivery, maintaining a balance between market trends, inventory levels, and customer demands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain precise and accurate order information in VisualGEMS ERP System and update as and when required.
- Assist in developing and executing merchandising strategies that align with our brand’s goals and market trends.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers and vendors to meet cost targets without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with design, sampling, procurement, production, and logistics teams to meet the production and delivery timelines.
- Rigorous follow-up for product development, material in-house, production, packing, and shipment.
- Provide regular reports to senior team members on product development, material procurement, production, and shipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities to suggest improvements or innovations for our product lines.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design/Merchandising from NIFT/PEARL.
- 1-2 years of experience in apparel merchandising in an export house of repute.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, international retail markets, and product development processes. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Experience in Apparel ERP Systems is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
