**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured and engaging lessons in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Environmental Science) for middle and senior school students.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies, such as experiments, demonstrations, group discussions, multimedia resources, and real-world examples, to make learning interactive and meaningful.
- **Curriculum Implementation**:

- Implement the school’s prescribed Science curriculum, ensuring that content is delivered effectively and in alignment with academic standards.
- Modify lessons and activities to cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, ensuring both high achievers and struggling students are adequately supported.
- **Assessment & Feedback**:

- Regularly assess student understanding through tests, assignments, practical exams, quizzes, and project work.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students on their progress and help them identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student performance and communicate progress to parents and school authorities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined, respectful, and organized classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Encourage student engagement and active participation through group activities, discussions, and hands-on experiments.
- Address any behavioral issues proactively, creating a positive learning environment.
- **Student Support & Engagement**:

- Offer extra support and remedial lessons to students who require help understanding scientific concepts.
- Motivate students to take part in science-related extracurricular activities, such as science fairs, competitions, and workshops.
- Foster curiosity and a passion for science by relating lessons to real-world issues and encouraging independent research.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and any areas of concern.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Provide updates on assignments, upcoming exams, and school science events to keep parents informed.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest developments in science education, teaching methods, and curriculum changes.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and professional development sessions to improve teaching skills and stay current with trends in science education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, teaching methods, and resources to enhance the learning experience for students.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field); B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification is required.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Science at the middle or senior school level.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a simple, engaging, and relatable manner.
- Proficiency in conducting experiments, demonstrations, and practical assessments.
- Familiarity with using digital tools, technology, and interactive resources to enhance teaching.

Pay: Up to ₹33,000.00 per month
