**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO & SEM**: Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for the website and online content, while managing PPC campaigns to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and actionable insights.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, drive traffic, and build brand presence across various platforms.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, analyze competitors, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Freshers can also apply
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and website optimization tools.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing.
