**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy and Campaigns**:

- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage the company’s social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics to develop data-driven strategies.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**:

- Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings.
- Run and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and continuously improve performance.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce relevant, engaging material for various digital channels.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to online customer reviews, queries, and feedback in a timely manner.
- **Collaborations and Partnerships**:

- Liaise with other departments, stakeholders, or external agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
- Identify and explore potential digital partnerships and influencer collaborations.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creativity and ability to design engaging digital marketing content.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar will be an advantage.
