**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality, visually appealing content for various social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all social media channels.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster meaningful interactions with the online community, building brand loyalty and positive sentiment.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with clients' marketing objectives and target audiences.
- Manage ad budgets, implement paid social media campaigns, and optimize performance for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Generate regular reports showcasing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve optimal results.
- **Client Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on campaign progress, results, and suggesting adjustments as needed.
- Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
- **Innovation and Research**:

- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to propose innovative social media strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for client growth and recommend creative approaches to captivate audiences.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
