**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and manage strategic digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Drive high-quality lead generation activities aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and campaigns.
- Optimize website and content for SEO and Google ranking improvements.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram) with creative ideas to increase engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong expertise in paid advertising campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent working knowledge of SEO, Google Optimization, and content marketing best practices.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Proven ability to create engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, and marketing copies.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram marketing strategies.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and creative thinking.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience working in a tech services or consulting environment.
