**Job Brief & Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:_
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement across digital channels.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) through regular posts, stories, and interactions with followers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive brand image.
- **Lead Generation**:_
- Analyse and optimize campaigns to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on the performance of lead generation activities.
- **Content Creation**:_
- Collaborate with designers to produce visual content such as graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.
- **SEO & SEM**:_
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities for content and campaigns.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:_
- Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and other digital marketing metrics.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**_**:

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.

**Key Skills**
- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and outbound calling.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
