Profile: Admission Counselor

Roles and Responsibilities
- *Responsible for managing & converting leads.

*Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, chat, and face to face counseling.

*Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.

*Meet and achieve the given weekly, monthly targets.

*Fee Collection every month.

*Student related complete admin work like certification, batch scheduled and file maintain.
