Tender Executive and Office Administrator/receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**:

- Review and analyze tender documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Prepare and compile tender submissions, including all technical and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary data for tender proposals.
- Monitor and track tender opportunities on government and private portals.
- **Presentation Design**:

- Create professional and visually appealing presentations using **Canva** and other tools.
- Ensure all documents and presentations are aligned with brand standards.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage reception duties, including greeting clients, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of company documents, tenders, and correspondence.
- Provide support to the accounts and tender teams as needed.
- Maintain professional and timely correspondence with clients and vendors.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and deadlines for the tender and admin teams.
- Support recruitment efforts and help onboard new team members when required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Canva** for creating presentations and visual content.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with tender processes and government/private procurement portals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage reception and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in tender documentation and submissions.
- Knowledge of video editing or design software will be an added advantage.
