Roles and Responsibility:

- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
- Negotiating suitable payment plans.
- Maintaining customer payment records.
- Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the ctate credit denartmentand the state credit department.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Previous experience working a
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Salary - 20k = Fresher to 6 months

25k=1yr to 2 yrs collection and sales experience (depend on interview)

25k to 35k=2+yrs pure collection experience (depend on interview) + Incentive
