**Job Title**: Loan Banking Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell various loan products including personal, home, auto, business, and education loans.
- Assist customers in understanding loan eligibility, terms, and repayment options.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit and underwriting departments for approvals.
- Follow up with customers for pending documentation and repayment queries.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance standards.
- Achieve assigned targets for loan disbursement and customer conversion.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in loan processing or banking sales.
- Strong knowledge of loan products and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in Solar or corporate banking sector.
- Knowledge of local language (added advantage).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
