**Profile Summary**:
Responsible for sourcing and procuring raw materials, components, equipment, and services needed for the manufacturing process in a cost-effective and timely manner.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Sourcing and Procurement**:

- Identify potential suppliers and conduct market research to find the best sources of

materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to obtain the best terms and conditions.
- Place orders and monitor the delivery process to ensure timely receipt of goods.

**Vendor Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with reliable and high-quality vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
- Address and resolve issues or disputes with vendors promptly.

**Cost Control**:

- Seek opportunities for cost savings and negotiate better pricing.
- Monitor market trends to anticipate changes in material costs.

**Inventory Management**:

- Coordinate with the store department to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure that purchased goods align with production schedules and demand.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Verify that purchased materials meet the company's quality standards.
- Work with the quality department to address any quality issues with vendors.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,237.25 - ₹22,000.00 per month
