**Note: Real Estate Industry / Electrical Contracting Organization experience in Mandatory**

**Key Responsibilities**:
I] Department Supervision:

- Oversee and supervise the purchase department to ensure efficient operations.
- Mentor and guide junior staff within the department.

II] Vendor/Supplier Management:

- Select and maintain key working relationships with vendors and suppliers for raw materials, supplies, and capital equipment.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure continuous improvement in service and product quality.

III] Strategic Execution:

- Develop and execute effective purchase strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.

IV] Negotiations:

- Negotiate with strategic suppliers and vendors to secure optimal terms and conditions.
- Strive for cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.

V] Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the quality of procured materials by conducting thorough evaluations.
- Address and resolve any issues related to material quality promptly.

VI] Risk Management:

- Assess, manage, and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

VII] Pricing Review:

- Regularly review and update standard pricing to reflect market changes.
- Ensure pricing structures are competitive and fair.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the real estate industry or electrical contracting services.
- Demonstrable track record of handling and negotiating contracts successfully.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to work with a diverse internal customer base and collaborate on cross-business project teams.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Sound understanding of purchasing principles and business ethics associated with dealing with suppliers and internal customers.
- Awareness of market trends and the ability to leverage this knowledge for the benefit of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others and across a range of functions.
